📜 SamsEshop Vendor Terms

- 🚫 No off-platform sales: you may not sell to, or contact for a direct sale, any buyer you met through SamsEshop. Violations mean removal of all listings and forfeit of pending payouts.
- 💎 Authentic, certified stones only: every gemstone must be genuine and match its lab certificate. Treatments must be disclosed.
- 📦 Shipping: ship within 3 business days of an order notice, fully insured, with tracking provided to SamsEshop.
- ↩️ Returns: handled under the SamsEshop store return policy; vendors accept returned items and refund costs as that policy requires.
- 💸 Payouts: paid after confirmed delivery (and any return window), by PayPal or Zelle. SamsEshop's 10% fee is either 10% of the net profit from the sale, or a 10% markup on your agreed price (buyer pays agreed price + 10%; you receive the full agreed price). Your listing agreement sets which applies.
- ✏️ Listing control: SamsEshop may edit, reject, or remove any listing at any time.
- 🔒 Contact info: phone numbers, emails, links and other contact details are removed from all listings. All buyer inquiries go through SamsEshop.
- 🏷️ Fees: listing plans (Monthly $30, Annual $300, or Lifetime $5,000; monthly and annual plans are billed manually each period for now) are non-refundable once a listing is reviewed.
- 📜 Certificates: all certificates must be genuine and verifiable. SamsEshop may verify any certificate directly with the issuing lab and will remove listings with false or altered documents.
- 🎬 Marketing perks: Monthly ($30) includes 1 promo video that runs bi-weekly (every 2 weeks). Annual ($300) includes 1 promo video that runs weekly. Lifetime ($5,000) includes 1 promo video weekly plus 1 image post weekly (2 posts/week). Add-ons: each additional video is +$20/month (Monthly), +$200/year (Annual), or +$2,000 (Lifetime).
